Additional Information:

All Drawings delivered via email in both PDF and DWG file formats. The PDF files are for the clients use while the DWG files are meant for the engineer or architect’s use. Remember you need a CAD software to open DWG files.

All the PDF drawings come in A1 Size Layouts. The A1 layouts contain all the drawings including; Floor plans, Elevations, Section Details and six full colour high quality Pictures. Anything other service above and beyond what is stated will be charged an extra cost at ShelterMODE’s discretion.

We no longer put download links for purchased drawings on our website.

Remedies

People were making illegal downloads and plagiarizing our copyrighted work from our website which resulted to a big loss to ShelterMode. To correct this anomaly, we send the drawings directly to the customer via email using the PayPal payment email account unless notified otherwise after purchase.

Payments

To complete the payment process, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of payment thereafter, request the customer to confirm authorization of payment to avoid any future claims. The drawings are normally sent immediately, or within 48 hours of confirmation of payment by the customer.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Once a product has been emailed to the customer, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any charge backs via your or our payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.
